No later than May 25th, Elacin will resume its work and start taking ear impressions on location.

Because of the current situation regarding COVID-19, Elacin has taken all the protective measures necessary to be able to carry out our work while ensuring your safety and the safety of your and our employees. In doing so, they have followed the guidelines drawn up in accordance with the measures of the RIVM and the guidelines of the Dutch Association of Audiciensbedrijven (NVAB). After Elacin had to postpone all appointments for prints from mid-March this year, they will contact you as of this week if you had an appointment, in order to schedule them as soon as possible.

Protective measures

Because of the current situation regarding COVID-19, Elacin has taken all the protective measures necessary to be able to carry out the work by keeping a distance of 1.5 meters with minimum of personal contact  and at the same time guarantee your safety and the safety of your and our employees.

Important information for you

As you would expect from Elacin, prints are always taken by a trained and certified Elacin Service Engineer. They follow the instructions to keep a distance of 1.5 metres and to have a minimum of personal contact as much as possible.
