MAC (Multi Arbo Consultants) set up, its name has since been changed to
Intersafe Groeneveld Arbo & Milieu

1995

Acquisition of ABS Industries in France, now operating under the name of Intersafe ELCEA France

1997

Acquisition of Mattan in Belgium, now known by the name of Intersafe Groeneveld Belgium

1999

Acquisition of MC (Milieu Consult) in Barendrecht, operating under the name of
Intersafe Groeneveld Arbo & Milieu

HAL Investments takes over VBG (Verenigde Bedrijven Groeneveld)

Pearle takes over 112 opticiansÂ’ stores and handles the production of safety glasses
